Wonder if the cam is pulled back to watch for Mom or Dad's return? Or they may have returned...I don't know. We will get an update from them at some point.

I think it was Mom who arrived just a bit ago and fed the chicks. The cam is pulled back and hard to see who's who.

Some things I have noticed with the cam: Parent arrived and who I was chatting with on another site could see the parent before I could, getting some COD, when parent left...I did not see them exit the nest box, they just disappeared into thin air...

I think they brought the cam in a little more...or the difference in going full screen from regular...I'm so giddy...I can't even remember!

Edit to add: The lights went at as is customary at 11 pm EDT, but it was Mom doing the feed and I noticed the 3 oldest/largest were in front and the youngest/smallest was in back of them in the corner and did not participate in the feed while I viewed.

Just checked back in on them and I can make out Mom's malar stripe and white chest standing in the rear of the nest box facing us.

Feed in progress by Mom, all chicks up for feed! One chick walked away from the feed even though it did not have much of a crop and went to the other side of the nest. One chick took a leg and swallowed without difficulty. At the end, 2 have bulging crops. One of the chicks kept nibbling at one of her talons even after she pulled it away, so she went into the nest and started cleaning up the mess. She left and OMG, Dad has just come into the nest with a bird and is defeathering...

Don't know what happened as when I went back in the cam was focused on the right of the nest and when they moved it the chicks were on the left and Dad was gone.

Mom back in with prey and she is feeding. Two are participating and the other 2 are in opposite corners in the rear. Feed over at 3:49 and she flew up to the ledge.

Good news...Cam is back on and I'm currently watching a feed (on my phone)...but it seems jumpy and periodically freezes..don't know if its the cam or my phone.

Wish I had unlimited data then I could figure out how to do pics to post.

It's not your phone, I am on a LT and am getting EXTREME FREEZING as it is only live for < 1 second, then in a freeze for 2-3 seconds. It takes 1 second to say "one, one thousand" and I can not get that out of my mouth before a freeze starts again...

Mom is currently home and standing on the lip with the chicks scattered about the nest.

And just now went back in (interestingly the cam did not freeze at all while I was here this visit) to catch Mom look toward the ledge and left the nest and back immediately with a small piece of prey for a feed. Apparently, Dad made the exchange with her on the ledge. Only 3/4 were interested as the 4th chick remained lying down for the duration of the feed. All 3 participating received bites. Mom left.

So far today, I haven't popped in at the right time to catch a feed or a parent. A couple have their bandit masks coming in and noticed pin and tail feathers were already just starting to erupt on some when the cam came back on the other day. Right now we have 2 piles of 2.
