Can see some into the nest box tonight and the chicks are together in the left rear.

At 17:15 found the cam to be up again and all 4 chicks in view with 3 of them milling about and picking at the floor of the nest.

One of the 4 chicks was doing a lot of moving and stretching and was able to get a good look of all it's feathers coming in underneath.

I'm learning and can use all the help I can get! Please explain what you meant about the actual link. The actual link is Facebook. It's easy to do with Elk River and Ft. Wayne and some others that show the word "Share" below their cam, but this one doesn't have that. :egg15:

The first time I was aware that there is a cam in Reston, VA.

I ran across this link as I was looking for a Boston link.

Well, I figured it out. I took a picture of 4 eggs that supposedly were in Boston. SBG got the scroop on the cam--it was actually in VA. 3 chicks are old enough to be banded!

I took a video of it. You can find it under the BCAW Facebook link above.

Thanks Catwoman...yes, we guestimated the chicks hatched 4/18. HDonTap first listed this cam as in MASS...they later got it straight and changed to Reston, VA.

Its an HDonTap cam...therefore, I can't watch it...

I will record it for you and well as the Boston one. Did I hear you say that you can't get the Richmond cam?

Any cam that streams through HDonTap (Harrisburg, Richmond, Briess, Reston) I can no longer view on my old computer.

I have no problem watching Boston..which is NOT an HDonTap cam.

Someone such as myself who could never figure out how to bring my screen captures to here nor ever attempted to do a video, probably should not comment to others on the matter. :egg8:

What I meant was: The link you gave takes us to the BCAW FB and then we scroll down to find the video you have made for us. It will not be long before your video is buried in the basement. If however, after you post your video to BCAW FB and then click on it and it comes up to a new page by itself, you can copy that new link and paste said link to here and we will be able to go directly to the video you wanted us to see.

Mom's home and on the lip! Soon she went into the nest and I think is cleaning up the mess as she picked about the floor, then removed a wing and came out with it and walked out of sight.

Your being helpful doesn't mean you actually do the things you're advising on, in fact you can sometimes see what we're to close to see. You mean click the ... in the upper right corner? I've tryed that and it just points me back to FB. Sure would be nice if you can mark the posts like you can in the forum in go right there! Thanks for trying, and if you have other ideas, I'd be interested in hearing them. :thanku

It's after midnight and you can see into the nest as there is a heavy overcast. Mom is in the nest with them.
