Edit to add: Just saw Red drink water from the puddle at the front of the pen and 1 of the boys was doing wingers in the nest with the other 2 in there, yet he's got all that room in the pen... :teehee:

All 4 are standing for a change, 2 in the nest and 2 in the pen. Don't see either of the parents which I never seem to be able to catch lately. And just as I posted, one laid down.

They still like their nest, all 4 are in it right now. Not seeing a parent on cam.

Came in and White was lying at the front of the pen, Red I think may have been trying to get to one spot in particular outside of the pen part that he was lying in front of, so she stepped on his back. He didn't like that and got up.

Then Red tried sticking her beak through the pen gaps and was clawing at the pen and at first I thought she was trying to escape, then White did the same thing, so wondering if they can see a hunk of food out on the ledge that we can't.

Then she went to the side near the building and started to do the same thing, but quickly stopped. They retreated to the lip where all 4 are crouched now. It's raining some.

Must of missed a recent feed or delivery as Yellow is at the front of the pen mantling, pulling, tearing and eating a hunk of prey. The others are in the nest. One has been wingercising.

Had been watching them for awhile and all of a sudden 1 of the boys perked up and they all were in a frenzy and you could tell a parent had arrived with food! I moved the screen down to try to catch the action, but where the cam is now you can not see in front of the pen. But, in a flash Yellow is back in the nest mantling and when she stands and faces the camera you can see the prey dangling from her beak.

Blue just joined everybody about the lip of the nest box. He'd been at the front of the pen drinking from one of the rain puddles and also got in some wingers. Freedom tomorrow! Hope all remain safe and are successful in their fledging!

Nothing yet, Yellow is at the front of the pen looking around and the other 3 are on the lip.

Thanks for keeping track of these cuties everyone...Sad that I have missed this season...and will miss the famous opening of the pen...

Cam back and can hear a parent flying and alerting, I think they just landed and took off again. The juvies are all in the nest now. Boys on the lip and the girls are hiding in the back!
