Warren- check the Hall of Fame catches, a beautiful falcon was perched on the rail at about 8:30 this morning..

Hello, one of the Wayne State falcons is hanging out on the ledge of the nest area- nice crop! Is it Lillie or Regal? :loveheart:

Last years residents were Regal, b/bl 48/C and Lillie, b/bl A/43

Nice catch, Terka! I looked at the “Hall of Fame” archives, and 4 hours ago an unbanded male (Fred?) was checking out the nestbox when a banded Black/ blue female (Wilma?) flew in and landed on the railing. She did not stay long, however….Warren

Kalamazoo I caught sight of a peregrine in the nestbox, caught a glimpse of a red/black band, so I’m hoping it’s Kewpee b/r 81/D. :loveheart2:

Jackson- I finally spotted a peregrine perched on top of the wall! It’s Back to the cam… It’s kind of odd getting to the cam page. Click theBCAW button. Then find “falcon report” and click on the blue “needing assistance viewing” prompt. You are taken to a third page, find “connectivity issues” and click on the blue URL link in the first sentence. Wait 5 seconds…..If anyone knows an easier way to do it, please share

Jackson- very glare-y with the abundant sunshine. However I can barely make out a peregrine perched on the wall… hope he/ she is there later in the day

An entertaining visit to the Wayne state cam. Regal brought a whole birds as a food gift to the nest- but Lilie wasn’t there! He chirped and carried on until finally Lillie flew up, grabbed the prey and flew away

Jackson- beautiful white chested peregrine is on the wall above the nest. It walked a little closer to the edge, carefully inspecting it and flew away… :loveheart:

A beautiful peregrine couple at Jackson. She is eagerly checking out the nesting area, and he waiting for her approval...I can see she has bands, but cant read them. His legs are out of sight. Aha- she even worked on a scrape in the corner behind the green stuff.

Jackson- The female was back at the nestbox this morning. I could see that she is banded, B/R. She moved the gravel round in another corner….I hope she keeps the first place she had chosen.
