Now a banded female an unbanded female and an unbanded male
so we have a seesaw. both females are gorgeous . markings easy to tell apart.

Radisson made it home on cam mid afternoon. Will post pictures later.
My heart did not want her to return, she is 17 and these 2 girls hanging around are big and young.



The banded female was at box this morning. I am not going down , with Peter recuperating
I am cutting way back this year.

Bell - window washers, I think by seeing lines on gravel, so typically , they are more cautious coming in. Wait till they are gone

U of A .RAdisson in thi s morning, and then a male and they bond. this is not chase


the other banded girl turned up late afternoon and followed RAdisson to nest,. a bit of a spat but Radisson kicked her out. sorry did not get tape etc.
I am afraid for radisson at 17 years of age.

only radisson at box today. Have not seen male since yesterday and he was only in once
RAdisson made a quick get awaay to day, after I heard a raven. she hates ravens so the kaking was her probably chasing them
she flew off quick one more time and do not know why

Will do update today. So far Radisson alone since she came back, little tiff with banded female and male was in once with Radisson and for last 3 days, just Radisson. Fine by me, but need male. As soon as Peter is able we will do quick check at Brudge and Weber

Sound will be wild this week as hockey playoffs and arena just a block away, so it will be noisy. Poor birds

Peter and I saw one eating on west Ed.
We moved positions an d one flew into box. There is a ravens nest there but falcons have chased them away. ( blue, like his mom Radisson, hates ravens, and shows no mercy)

the unbanded male and banded female were never on cam again after this


as of today at 11:15 april23 Radisson is alone at Box. Peter and I did go down the other day and no signs of anyone.
Now I love my radisson but I fear for her. If these females do not find boxes or nests they will be back I am hoping some more males come through this weekend
she looks rested now cam does not do her justice as she looks so great. BAttery failed on camera when we were down there
