I was going through a memory card lat night. Here is a picture from April, 2009. They raised eaglets that year, and they should have been on eggs at that time.

Thank you. We try to keep things updated. Sometimes it is difficult when the eagles do not cooperate. As the season progresses, we will have another change. We need to create space for our monthly sponsor. Both eagles were spotted today in their #2 favorite spot.

They are never there when I check either!!

There absence in the nest is so typical for this time of year here. I expect sometime in January for them to pick the pace up. I can't explain it, but that is just how this pair is. :)

Maybe they will surprise us, but somehow I doubt it. I did see them this morning in their # 1 favorite spot.

Busy Morning!

I don't know guys, I am trying to post pics but it constantly says that images have to be no more than 785 pixels wide. I was resizing down to 32X240 and it still wouldn't work. Last week the image I posted was way larger and it went through. I am not getting it. I am posting using the image code from my photobucket.

talon, I have had the same problem when I edit/change the size of an image at Photobucket. What works for me:

Click on image to see it full size in the album/
Select "Resize" under the "Edit" pull-down menu top left corner of image/
A separate pane will open and choose the pixel size desired and change the size/
Then choose "Save a Copy" (Do NOT use "Replace the Original"- for some reason the reply box doesn't recognize the amended size if you choose "Replace the Original")/
Use the image code link for the newer saved copy.

If it still doesn't work download the newer small image and upload it again. PBucket will assign it an entirely different link.

I love that still pic talon! :) I still haven't caught the eagles ... but I did catch a 'leaf stealer'!! Larry better keep his eyes peeled!
