Well, this isn't what I was hoping to see today. It's 1:09 P.M. No adults in sight.

I said last night she seemed restless..... :(

geeeeeeeeeeeeeeez...I sure don't like what I was just reading....but, I try not to freak out so much anymore about seeing unattended eggs...Think about the falcon...those eggs are always unattended for short periods of time...and goodness, Scout (Columbus) practically ignored that poor egg for over a week and it hatched...of course, I don't like that its 26 degrees there right now...

Well, at least someone is on the egg now...

I don't know if that temp. is right. On the blog I thought they said it was in the 40's.... I just checked the weather channel and it's 42.

I think this may be Belle on the nest, not positive though. But the egg was uncovered over 2 hours sooo ....... guess we'll wait and see.

I have to get back to work but will try to keep my eye on the nest. It slows my work computer down though.

Belle has been on the nest for a while...Lib comes in and almost lands on top of her...brought a small twig with him...He had a hard time settling in..and kept getting up..for a while, I thought he was gonna spend all his time fluffing the nest...

Well, it's dark, and Belle is there ... so I guess that's good. She just tucked her head in her back. She looks like she has a very long 'mane' when she does that! I hope the egg is OK.

I hate that you can't post on the blog unless you have a google account!

Wow, quite an eventful day here today. Kinda glad I wasn't watching, and I hope things calm down. I was in western Virginia today, pretty close to this nest, and it was a really warm day (if that's any consolation).

I'm watching ... didn't get to look in at all today till I got home from work. Gonna try and keep the cam on. It's 3 days now.

Edit to add .... Belle just came back in. :)
