A couple years ago (last time the Sooner Lake pair used the platform nest) there was one chick and we called that one Baby Sooner too ... but, it just fits! LOL

From what I saw a while ago it wasn't to much longer and I look and read now and there is one gone from the looks of it the other will soon follow :egg5:
Now mind you the chat is saying it fledged but isn't this more of branching?

After last night's storms, this morning there are two very wet eaglets at Sequoyah.

And both adults and chick are on the Sooner Lake nest ... adults look to be standing over two ducks in the nest?

At least everyone is okay .... could only see eagles last night during flashes of lightning .... we are such worry warts!

Oh yea we are Patti & I were up til almost 2am watching all the nest and storms and now tornado warnings at all of them today. NUTS, poo and DAMN lousy weather anyways
