Patriot & Liberty are perched at the Family Tree together on Wed 1/11/12. If you fast forward to 1:58 Patriot yawns and then at 2:24 Liberty displays her wing and they start squawking away at each other! Makes you wonder what they are saying?!?

It's so wonderful of her to post these videos for us! If they had installed a PTZ cam they probably could have swung it around to see the new nest!!

Yes it is Gigi I would be screaming every time I saw they she is so quiet spoken
I'm so glad she gets to see them so often at least we know how they are doing

Well I sent Dr. Sharpe re: K-10 & K-26. I asked is he saw either one while putting up the New Cam. He said yes, one was circling above them as they were working on the Cam.

I believe this pair were spooked by the intruders installing the Cam, and have moved yet again! As neither one has been seen so far this year on the New Cam!

All of the other nests Two Harbors, West End, Sauces all had Eagles on them today doing nestoration's. The P.H. pair has yet to be seen.

Last year they abandoned their original nest at P.H., and built another at P.H. When they saw the Cam going up there they stopped, and moved again to another location, and this is the site where the New Cam was just installed two weeks ago.

This nest also appears to be leaning towards the right side, as the original was leaning to the left.

Guess they don't care for Eagle Paparatzi. Must be shy!

Cricket, that is really interesting info about being spooked by the cams. Thanks for sharing. In Virginia, you can't install a cam after Dec. 15th for that reason.

If you watch the cams on the West Coast, you can actually see the cams shadow reflecting on the nest. That would scare the H**L out of me if I were a bird. I saw an Eagle on one of the nests sticking it's head down into the nest checking out this intruder! All of the nests there are ready for eggs except for The Pelican Harbor Pair who are mia. However, yesterday on You Tube, Ravens were heard and you could plainly hear K-10 calling warning them to leave the area, and then K-26 began her cackling, only audio mind you, no video at all! :cryinggirl: :cryinggirl:
