Liberty made an early morning visit. In this video she has a very distinctive part in her feathers on the back of her head that I had not noticed before. Can't tell if it's just the wind that has parted it today, or perhaps the light is picking it up differently. I'll be watching for it in future appearances.

Thanks for pointing that out, elfruler....she really does!!! If its not caused by wind/weather it could be one of the ways to tell them apart...that is if he doesn't have a part, that is..

Too Popular?
The popularity of the Alcoa EagleCam inside Alcoa has reached a point where it is slowing down our internal business network. Starting today the folks in corporate IT are going to block the video feed for folks at work at Alcoa. This will not have any impact on viewers outside the Alcoa network and employees will be able to access the feed from their own computers at home.

I will work to increase the number of posts to keep everyone updated on activity in the nest and we are working to develop a more interactive comment section. More on that in the coming weeks!

Activity is picking up on so many nests, I've been capturing like crazy and not finding time to edit and upload. Here was Fish Monday:

Oh No, the poor people at Alcoa...now they can't watch!!!

I agree, elfruler, it appears activity is picking up everywhere. I wonder if we are gonna have some early eggs in more places this year because of the mild winter.

Wednesday, many trips in and out of the nest and lots of refurbishing going on, plus a great closeup of Justice in the last segment:
