Today Hope and valor seemed to be out and about more than at home, but did get a few shots.

The view changed sometime...can see more to left of nest! :thumbup

Got one more in afternoon and at dusk, only one of the pair each time. :(

I'm home again tomorrow and will be watching!

Looks like a lot of new fluff has been brought in today I looked this morning around sun up and it wasn't there now I need a couple Eagles and my day will be great

Well I just read this morning that the Eagles at Glady's Black nest have moved to another tree and built a neest so we stare at a empty nest they are hoping another pair will find it and start nesting I 'll keep an eye on it but I don't know its not looking good so far :gaaaaah:

so will catch up in next post on Hope and Valor's morning activities. I just saw the new grasses too, kittenface! Gotta have a nice fluffy nest bowl for eggs... oh, I'm so anxious for her to lay eggs. Should be soon (?Thurs or ?Fri) if they were really mating last Friday. 5-7 days after copulation, right?

kittenface, had just looked at Gladys Black Nest this am. Thanks for the info. Bummer that they moved. :(

Hope and Valor were at the nest a lot early today, vocalizing mating and rearranging. I am happy, happy!! :spingirl:

skygirlblue, Thanks so much for that capture!! I ran out to do errands quick and checked site on my phone and almost :thud

when I saw her sitting. I finished those errands in record time! They're both back again now.

Before she sat in the nest for that long while, she ate 2 coot! ?ravenous before labor? :popc:

Beth, nice photo! Today seemed like such a nice day there!

Well, the cam is off for tonite, and Hope was still sitting on the nest. After they both came back, Valor left and she sat til 4:37pm, came back with him at 5:45pm... think she was telling him the nest bowl needed more work. lol

They really seem devoted to each other. Photo together at 5:57pm just before Valor left and she stayed. She shimmied down into the nest a couple times, but I missed getting a photo.

Have to work next two days. Please continue keeping watch, everyone. Thanks so much!!

Well the word at Harrison bay is nesting should start soon mating has been going on alot
and the names are Elliot & Eloise hope things go well here

OMG I didn't even see it til just now when I was trying to get things in video
THERE WAS 3 EAGLES THERE I really am tired so this is going to be shorter that I wanted but I did slow down the part that has the 3 there that must have been why there was so much vocalizing that we heard

The more I think about it if this nest is there where we can watch the bunch of eagles in the trees I would guess this happens alot so I have to stop panicing now or I'll be CRAZY by the time eggs are laid
