1:04am march17 nest time

pip bigger but Bonnie has had to leave nest 2 times. No one came in but first time there was a low hoot and she left . gone 40 minutes.

just a bit ago Clyde came in with food but they were both looking out . He flew out back and bonnie flew out with food in mouth( this is when we noticed the bigger pip)
she just came back . gone 44 minutes there was lots of hooting between them

I think they are making sure nothing comes near. This is making me nuts. Jsut want her to raise her young in peace. Need to sen a hit man

Wolf River

All's peaceful and calm, so far today...Wolf River says there has been a hatch. No definite pic posted on their FB page yet...I personally haven't seen it. Bonnie's behavior certainly suggests that something is going on under her..

Wolf River..

Proof enough for me that there has been a hatch..Bonnie pulling part of the eggshell out..I must have mashed something, because I stopped recording. After she got it out, she began to eat it and break it up..wish that had been in the vid..

thanks sgb I was coming to post . Mine was 12 minutes long LOL

It was so wicked there that I am surprised Clyde was able to get in. He did have trouble

AS if all the snow was not enough, the wind really started. 40-50 per hour
and with that the snow from above was coming down on Bonnie. Pretty scary there for a bit.
but we saw the wee darling and so I really hope things turn out O.k.

Eagles were hard later in day, but I am hoping that thye have waited this long, they will leave Bonnie alone. Lot s of trees there for them to build a new nest and just becasue the people there od not see one, does not mean there is not . The eagles are not roosting there all day long.

i forgot to post videos . Just my opinion, one hatch did not make it Cannot be sure but I thought I saw something pinkish and i think she consumed but cannot be sure. I only ever saw one yesterday but others kept seeing 3. ???I guess I knew that 2 black dots were not eyes as their eyes are not open yet.

video o f chick and egg

This was the first video of 5, from yesterday. If somebody is patient (about 43 minutes) the whole series in anti-chronological order can be viewed by using this link:
