:eggthumbup: THE NEST CAM IS LIVE RIGHT NOW. THEY HAVE A VIDEO OF GEORGIA POWER INSTALLING A 2ND NEST CAM, BUT I DON'T SEE ACCESS TO IT YET.

The new cam isn't live yet...I did notice that they changed the wording right under the cam to "Berry College Eagle cam #1"..

FB post from Tuesday:

    Berry College Eagles The approach cam is back online and the existing nest camera has been slightly repositioned and will be back online this afternoon (live now). We have added a second nest camera which is now in position thanks to Georgia Power. The streaming for that camera has to be configured. So, it will not be active for another couple of days. This new nest camera does provide sound to be enabled as needed.


I can't wait to see what view we get from the new cam...and to hear the sounds...now all we need are Mom and Dad eagle!!!

THERE IS AN EAGLE UPDATE. APPARENTLY, THE SUBADULT I SAW ON SATURDAY WAS AROUND FOR THE INSTALLATION. HOPE IT DOESN'T TRY TO FIGHT FOR THE NEST.I THINK THE OLD NESTCAM WAS LIVE TUES EVE AS THE DATE AND TIME WERE CORRECT. I NOTICED THE BROADER COVERAGE WITH THE DOWNWARD TILT. I THOUGHT I COULD EVEN SEE PART OF THE GROUND, BUT WAS NOT SURE.

Cams are currently live (not the new one...)...and Berry has finally shared info about the second nest on Campus....3 hatches...and 3 fledges!!! :hapdance:

Eaglewhisperer, has got a great video of the both of them bonding & nestorations really liking this new cam thing they have, the picture is so clear. Hoping FSV gets something this good this season.

:clap: THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP AND PIC , KITTENFACE! I JUST WENT IN AND SAW THE EAGLE ON THE RIGHT STILL THERE ... MY FIRST LIVE SIGHTING THIS SEASON. I JUST CAN'T TELL WHO AS THEIR HEAD IS STILL TUCKED WHILE THEY SLEEP. POSSIBLY, ONE HAS MOVED UP TO A BRANCH ON THE LEFT ... UNLESS I AM SEEING A CAM ... AS THE APPROACH VIEW @ NIGHT IS DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT SOMETIMES ... BUT, I AM THRILLED THEY ARE BACK ... :egg20:
