weird day.
Female scraping in front of box and left side of box.

she has been a few times in stance.
male has been in yapping and both were in box bonding.
think 3rd one still around. not sure, but this plays havoc with egg laying
3 nights in arrow in box at night

I'm thinking maybe she was here all along..

She arrived about 6 am and perched -
moved inside as if gonna lay egg-
moved back out to perch again

Seems to me - last year her eggs were hidden by the front box board.

Poppy, b/blu V/89, has made an appearance at the Great Spirit Bluff nest in MN. She is a 2023 hatch from the High Bridge Plant in St. Paul, MN. Her Mother is Joe'l, a 2021 Hatch from this very nest!!!

V89 was banded as F - but is more likely MALE.
Newman's dive bombing him trying to drive him off.
