And the close-up cams are working! :lol: Last season those didn't get online until the nesting was almost done. And the refresh for these cams is now upgraded to every 15 minutes, instead of twice an hour.
Isn't it amazing that we are able to watch these birds almost real-time, all the way from the South pole.

Thanks DEF - that's great news about the close-up cams working already! I hope we'll get to see some cute little penguin chicks this coming season.

Everything's dark there now, so I'll just have to figure out what the daylight hours are for viewing there.

The local time is the same as in Chile; UTC -4 or -3 (Daylight saving time.)
