MaryG, there are two sites. First one is http://www.martingrund.de/pinguine/

The other one is of the organisation that is at the base and working with the telescope: http://ivs.bkg.bund.de/vlbi/ohiggins/Welcome.html
On the left side is a drop-down menu "Webcams" whith 5 webcams. Lots of info about what they are doing there.

This is a "map" of the German part of the base, the larger part is Chilean.
