cam 2 off line but dad just brought fish to mom , his crop looks full and mom is not going to share. dad is off

Attention All Viewers! As of 1 p.m. EST today, the Berry Eagle live cameras will no longer be available on UStream. We are changing providers and moving to Livestream.com. The best way to continue to view the eagles will be through www.berry.edu/eaglecam or Livestream but this is the only affordable solution we could find that will keep advertising from appearing on our feed.. We are sorry for the inconvenience. There is a social stream on Livestream for those of you who access that feature. We will have Camera 1 and the Approach Cam available but will be taking down Camera 2 to see if we can improve its performance.

Berry clarified: going offline with cam 2 to work on issues ... will not access actual cam to work on til summer.

We'll have the DVR function on Livestream...

I know they are working on Cam 2...but, I hope they will keep broadcasting...even though the sound has been going in and out, I'd rather have part sound than no sound...

For those of you having trouble seeing the cams, reboot your computer and then TYPE IN (don't go to favorites) www.berry.edu.eaglecam. You also need to allow cookies in your privacy settings or you won't get the stream. Finally, everybody should ditch Internet Explorer and move to Firefix or Chrome. I.E. cannot manage a lot of new stuff. The young people in the office make fun of me for that and that I am still an AOL user for email!
Also, cam 2 and Approach cam are down but cam 1 is working just fine.

Thanks Priscilla! You are so right about ditching Internet Explorer. It is a dinosaur!

Cams were offline last evening to work on the tech issues...

I've had no problem with Cam 1 or approach cam today. They may try turning Cam 2 back on this week..they're thinking that the issues may be caused by the audio? who knows...we'll see..

Lots of people upset about them switching to Livestream. thankfully, we have several Livestream cams that we already watch, so we (or I) are (am) used to that format. I've always liked the DVR function with Livestream, but I don't think my picture is as crisp as it was with Ustream...even if I switch to the highest resolution they offer..(which isn't very high).

Glad they are getting all the kinks out before hatch...

I have the cams today. our cams wee livestream last year and once they get sorted out they are O.K.

Yep...been one of those very cold and rainy days...there was an adult eagle intruder this morning...but, dad took care of it with no problem...I'll have to see if I can find the vid...don't think its on Youtube!!
