WOW...Alex and Vergine's eggs have been uncovered now for an hour...interesting...

I'm starting to get a little worried. Still nobody on the eggs. I'm hoping the time stamp is refreshing, but not the pic...they've been uncovered for over 2 hrs.

Yesterday, the eggs were exposed to 16.30.
Then webcamera stopped.
I do not know from when they were heated. :hapdance:

I checked: in Rome, then the temperature was 17 deg C

Today Alex lovingly cradled eggs :loveshow:

the name Falcao was changed in 2012 by Giac to Vespero to comply with the initials of the other nests (A and V), see the poll

then in 2013 returned to the name Falcao but the male had a ring in contrast to the previous seasons so it was a new male

only a few days ago the ring has been read and now.......no more Vespero no more Falcao, the male is Briciola son of Aria and Vento born in 2007, Briciola who fell from the nest and was recovered and saved

I hope there are more variations :sham6:

Wow what a name story. Well now we know Briciola is the male here now. Thank you.
So glad he was saved those years ago, but wonder if he had a nest elsewhere before last year. Banding is a wonderful thing for us to know the history of these incredible birds.

I suppose that Briciola is the same male of the last year, in fact last year there was already a new male with the ring but it was not possible to read it
