Love the names...but, are they official names (from band ID or Oshkosh) or did you name them? Is anyone banded? I ask because I need to update the info..

It is offical that female is Julia b/r 19/W band is on right leg, I just call male with no bands Ross I will stop & just put NB.

no, no, no...Ross is good...but, my data is really out of date. The reason it irks me (for the nests I don't get to watch very much) is that I spend this time trying to find those names in the database (to get more infor or band numbers) and either come up empty or find numerous birds with a particular name...

I still have Deborah and Talon listed and I really need to update.

What's up with these "banded on the right leg" birds...I noticed they did that in San Jose...

That is strange!! So, that almost looks like eggshell..so, a hatch that didn't survive or an egg that fell apart?

Just went thru the Sunday pictures couple pictures from Sunday may 14th
