Moxie is yelling, I think for Jamie, to watch the eggs while she gets something to eat.

Blessing for Moxie, that's for sure! I don't know Carla her daughter at Pittsburgh went 4 days without laying a 4th egg, and guess what? She laid one today! :clap:

OK- another odd-ball question… Jamie and Moxie don’t appear to be incubating the eggs yet. So does that mean they might have another egg?

My guess is - only 2 this year

Here is why they need to continue banding falcons…. Moxie and Jamie are Great grandparents! Their granddaughter Elaine has finally settled down and layed her first egg in her Lacrosse nestbox!

Elk River - Breezy - is the daughter of the King Plant.
I loved the King cam - its not live in 2025 yet
She has fledged 4 yearly

Yes!!!...I hope they continue to band in Fort Wayne. I know that newspaper article they wrote about South Bend said that they aren't doing it there anymore because of the budget. Money is better spent somewhere else since the falcons are no longer on the endangered species list. :eggg15:

I spoke with Joseph Dits about Elaine and Flash's death. He wrote the original article back in 2023 when Elaine and her brother Skip were banded. Here we can see Elaine as a little fluff ball :15heartbeat:
