dad on and mom is in rearranging sticks and she is trying to get dad to get up. Love her soft little noises. lots of nice nesting material.
mom is so patient as she waits for dad to get up. she flies off at 11:01amand dad rearranges himself in bowl

Dad arriving with a snack for Mom..(I missed the best pic of him dangling the treat from his talons as he flew up)





Instead of getting on the eggs, he watches Mom eat for a few, then flies off, returns with some grass, then gets on the eggs. Mom continues to eat..

have not had time to post but things going well, and still grasses being brought in. although eggs were unattended as eggs were left for 15 min this afternoon . but eggs were deep and it was sunny
last few days mom has been coming back later than usual .

will post a bit later a few shots if I can. Dad just came in . they are so funny. mom gently talking to him and he wants his turn. Dad slipped on mom but mom has finally taken her break at 5:22pm and dad is incubating

9:52pm Very breezy at nest hang on mom

mom doing her squeaky voice and dad comes in with prey. mom seems to be very hungry. She squeaks as she eats and dad takes over incubation. you can hear the crunching. dad came in at approx. 8:16 and at 8:36 mom still eating . lots of squeaking . you can see it is a duck of some sort. she even ate the head she was that hungry. none left for dad . mom leaves at 8:39am

another very dull windy day.

dad brought leftover fish i believe just a bit ago and then left. at 11:51 he is back and mom is not leaving but he is ever watchful

He is just swaying in the breeze

you can hear dad calling but sound has loud background. I have been working on my recordings, and sometimes I luck out. I turned off sound while recording so... Any suggestions.
