Dollywood (I don't know if this is where something should be posted, but I didn't find this nest anywhere.)

3 eagles on the perch, & 2 working on the nest.

AEF/Dollywood

The cam site says Isaiah & Mrs. Jefferson are incubating 3 eggs; Volunteer & Hero are incubating 2 eggs! I don't know much at all about this center, but its great that there are 2 nests!

I have been checking here since I got it to open (a couple months) and found an Eagle in the beginning. Well since then I have watched the nest slip to the side. No Eagles which is for the best. This nest is really falling to one side now. The wind and rain have taken its toll here. Maybe next season.

John Bunker Sands Wetland Center 2 Eaglets :sum9:

EAGLE UPDATE - WE HAVE TWINS!! Tom Fleming was out the other day and was able to get a picture of two eaglets in the nest. In the picture below the light colored object on the right is the reflection off of a black garbage bag. The center light patch is one eaglet and the left light patch next to the strut is an eaglet. How great is that! We will continue to monitor the eaglets and let everyone know when they are big enough to be seen in the nest through the scope at the Center.

River Farms Cam is Offline
Update from Eagleholic

The camera at the RF nest shifted a few days ago and was showing less of the nest, but this afternoon, a gust of wind got hold of it and moved it again significantly. There is some concern with all the current movement of the camera, that the camera is dangling and could be a danger to the eagle family – although I haven’t seen confirmation that the cam is truly dangling. The operators of the cam are aware and evaluating what they can do. Here is what they posted on the RF chat “We are working on figuring what if any options we have to resolve our camera issue. Our primary concern is with the safety of the eagles and eaglets. I will provide updates as they are available.”

It is crazy windy at ETSU Johnson City. YIKES!!
I had to take several pics before getting both Mom and eaglet in picture.
Sometimes she would go completely out of the pic!
Image
She got up and stretched her wings, and left for a moment.
Couldn't get the wing stretch but a good shot at Baby.
Image
And now adult is back
