WATCH LIVE
In 2014, a pair of mated Bald Eagles chose the most idyllic of nest sites within the United States’ National Capital (Washington, DC), nestled high in a Tulip Poplar Tree amongst The Azalea Collection at the United States National Arboretum. This is the first Bald Eagle pair to nest in this location since 1947. The two Eagles have been iconically named “Mr. President” and “The First Lady.” Join us in viewing the most patriotic nest cam in the United States, 24 hours a day.
After raising one eaglet successfully in 2015, the 501(c)3 American Eagle Foundation partnered with the National Arboretum to install and stream two high definition video cameras from the top of the nest tree. The cameras are powered completely by a large solar array designed and donated by Alfred State University.

"First Lady" laid her first egg February 10, and the parents will now carefully incubate it. We anticipate that the egg will hatch in about 35 days.

I don't know whether she has an egg or is just practicing, but I do remember them incubating last year with a ton of snow in the nest.

Edit: I went back later when she wasn't in the nest & there is no egg yet.

Although there doesn't seem to be a cam at the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York anymore, I visited their website and found their February Newsletter. It had info about an Eagle Fest they hosted in early February. Sounded like it would have been lots of fun.

I will try to get in touch with someone and see about the cam. There are other Miscellaneous nests that seem to have lost their cams too, both in the northeast and elsewhere. All of this is on my to do list....

Hanover (PA, Codorus State Park, this is the nest that showed Mom completely covered with snow last season - made national news, etc.)
(Anyway....) Last season she laid her eggs on 2-14-15 and 2-17-15. This year: Nothing yet... BUT - Both parents are on the nest digging, rearranging, etc. Looks like dad(?) is eating (squirrel?) RIGHT NOW!
(no pic - pc acting up)

Lucky me. I watched mom Hanover in the process of laying that egg. :-) And WAY too many people trying to watch right now, so NOBODY can.
