Mom has been in the nest forever...but, doesn't appear to be interested in laying an egg...at least at this moment..More interested in surveying her kingdom!!

don't worry about the hole...I watched Mom make it before she left...I'm not really sure what she was thinking, but it appears gone now...well, at least in the IR light...who knows what it looks like in daylight...LOL

When you're on the 'regular' college eagle cam site, you can click on the cam picture where it says, "Livestream" and it'll take you there. The cam 2 Livestream chat usually has updates referring to times of events, i.e., arrival of mom and dad to nest, etc., a lot of the chatters are experienced Berry eagle watchers with connections to boots on the ground. (I don't chat but - they seem very, very nice.)

Added: Hi, Sky! Chatters were talking about Minnesota Bound eaglet getting stuck in a hole a couple (?) of seasons ago. The chat isn't monitored, but it's very tactfully controlled; if problems arise, the 'trolls' are ignored and Livestream and/or Berry is contacted. I like it better than other nests I watch. The people just seem so pleasant!

both are at nest now. I saw mom fill in that hole before she left last night.

I will keep cam up but I have very little viewing time in next few weeks.

She was lying down a bit ago.

maybe they know something weather wise that we do not, or maybe some pesky critters under there.

Two successive posts from a gentleman I noticed recently buried @ their "Christmas Card" site. This is why I get nothing done ... very few things are left unread ... but, once in a blue moon ... I score! :teehee:

I keep watching the "Approach Cam" to see if I can catch a squirrel going in or leaving "the hole"!!! :teehee:

I was busy taping the fish delivery and noticed ma moving around and figured this is it. so I had to finish recording fish delivery first

I figured someth8ing was below that hole SWINK. I think they kept filling it in.

I have not had much time to watch but just got lucky today. hope that hole is filed in well now

video is 5 minutes long . but you will see where she bore down. took her a bit to show us.

when you want it to speed up it does not but soon :snowflake2:
