AEF-NEFL Eagles 11-25-15 Sticks In The Wind :girlcrazy:

After a long windy day Juliet settled in for what turned out to be a windy night.
While she slumbered away a wind gust blew a couple of sticks off the edge of the nest,
one landing on and startling her.
She eventually got up and moved the large stick.

Hamlet Update: Romeo and Juliet have been busy with 8 changeovers already with Juliet now on eggs (3p).
Romeo delivered big sticks and Juliet brought nice greenery.
Romeo dropped off 1st Eel of the season for Juliet just after 9a and she finished it in 15min.
Cooler today, staying in the 60'sF/16-19°C, winds a little over 10 mph.

when Juliet returned at 10:39a and was on eggs until Romeo's return at 12:18p.

Clouds have returned with temps in mid to upper 60'sF/17-19°C, breezy.

Hamlet Update:
First changeover of the day was slightly early,
Romeo's head was still tucked when Juliet sounded the alarm.
He was on eggs moments later at 6:26a, with Juliet still chittering in the distance.
Juliet didn't stay gone long, returning at 7:13a.
Romeo returned with a bribe, I mean stick (7:35a).
J returned with an even bigger stick at 8:09a and incubated a little over 2 hrs.
R took off at 12:11 and appeared on alert.
J had long shift (12:11-3:46p) and 7th changeover of the day with R on eggs. :loveshow:

Hamlet Update: First shift change was at 6:32a,

and Romeo incubated until Juliet returned at 10:06a.

Juliet wanted a break, and Romeo got the message and was on eggs (11:37a).

Juliet snuck in sometime before 1:25p.

Mostly cloudy, humid, windy and warmer, nearing low 80'sF/27.8°C later

12/14 13.58 Eggs in the lead role :5val:

One of 28, the second after 25 days of incubation

Hatches expected approx 12/23 & 12/25!

Hamlet Update: Busy morning in the Hamlet with first changeover at 6:35.
After a few shift changes,
J took off and was followed back to the tree with an adult BE who made a close fly by.
Romeo held steadfast on eggs. R brought J a nice flounder at 10:48a
and was on eggs until flying off at 2p.
Seamless shift change with J instantly on eggs Sunny, breezy near 60°F/15.6C.
