Thank you to everyone who posted pics of all three eaglets! Had no chance to be online yesterday, so I was very pleased - and relieved - to see all three.

The littlest eaglet is still so tiny; it was good to see him moving up front and being fed:

Good to see the little one speaking up and getting fed.

I was driving around Dorchester County this morning, looking for wintering golden eagles. At 8:20 am one of the adult bald eagles from this nest flushed all of the snow geese off Blackwater Pool 3 (south through the woods and across Key Wallace Drive from the nest). More than 1000 white geese in the air; spectacular to see and very noisy. No kill; a real project to get meat back to the nest if there had been.

At 10:40 am the eaglets had another goose show, after a golden eagle flushed a couple thousand Canada geese from a field two miles northwest where they were feeding. The geese decided to high tail it back to water, right over the woods where the eagle cam nest is. As long as the weather is OK the eaglets probably get a good show every day except when they're asleep.

I got some of the same ones Alison posted.

I was very happy to finally see the little one get up front and be fed. Although I don't think #2 got much that time.

No. It was remote parking and I felt more like driving around outside. It looked like they had lots of visitors.

I just can't believe how much smaller that baby is.

Every time I look at this cam that baby is down and I think the worse.

Then it stands up and looks pretty good, but I will worry until it fledges. I pray the little guy can make it.

We know the little one is getting fed and that it is 3 days younger than the middle one. Hope it can catch up soon!

Nice shots Ferenz! They were at the edge of the nest for a lot of today.

Yeah ... I don't like them that close to the edge!! I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the oldest is a female. Time will tell! :)

I thought this was cute ... baby is laying on top of the other 2 for a change!

I never did see the baby fed although it does appear to be stretching forward in one shot.

Later when the biggest on went down, it look like it lay on the small on, but it was just out of the picture. Also when the 2nd one went down, the parent came over to where the smal one would have been for a few minutes, so maybe she was feeding it. Well, that is what I am going to think.
