Ok ... here's my thinking here. I think the chick that hatched was from egg #2 (hatched on day 37). I'm hoping that #3 will hatch by tomorrow (also day 37). I think #1 is a dud. Remember her sitting on the nest at night, not incubating #1? So that's my thinkin and I'm stickin to it. :)
