Okay, here we go. The first three pics are from yesterday afternoon around 3:15 - 3:30.
When I arrived at NBG Mom and Dad were soaring above the nest area. That is the female
with her landing gear down. They did this for several minutes and Mom eventually returned
to the nest and Dad soared out of sight. I did spot him later off in the distance.
The next set is from this afternoon. The male flew in at 4:30 with a small fish. Usually when
one of the adults lands in the nest the other one is out of there pretty quickly. Doing what I call
the three P's. Preening, pooping and perching. Anyway, they both stayed in the nest for just over a half hour
not paying much attention to what Dad brought in. Then they appeared to start eating a little bit of it
and all of a sudden Dad took off with it. I am going out of town for several days so for any "fixes" (I will also need one or two) feel free to visit my website, just click on the link below. Great pictures posted on here. I was watching this morning around 8:00 when the eaglets were being fed a Ring-billed Gull! There were feathers EVERYWHERE.

Yes Jane, breakfast was pretty interesting. It looked like snow on the nest for a while today. The weather finally cleared, but still cold.
