The 2 are getting so cute thanks Patti i along with everyone else is getting so far behind
Its this darn job that gets in my way

NEWS FLASH! West End,Santa Catalina Island, California

The west end nest monitored by the iws cameras has their first hatch of the three eggs Wray and BAEA "01" produced this season. Motion of the newly hatched eaglet first observed roughly 1201PM pacific time

I was watching on the view with the chat at the time! I was the first one to say I saw the movement! :egg6:

Not everyone had seen it ... took a few more minutes for Wray to get up again and then we all saw it! :smile:

FWIW on the local Los Angeles NBC station, the West End eagles have gotten some video coverage over the past few days. Think the LA channel is channel 4 so if interested one could google the reports to view them on thier site

There are two stories on the santa catalina eagles on the website of the NBC station at http://www.nbclosangeles.com I forgot the specific links but just input eagles into the nbc search window and youll pull up the stories they ran and i am told there will be more to follow

I'm really behind .... all 3 have hatched at West End! :) Last one hatched on the 7th.

And if you open the page with all 3 cams you'll notice we can now view the Sauces Canyon nest. This is where they placed the equipment from the PH nest. A27 is the female and A40 is the male. Their first egg hatched on Saturday, the 9th.
