Both on the nest for a short while tonight. Dogs were barking and barking in the background and he flew in and just stood by her until it was quiet again. An accomplished pair.

Nice captures barb, you are right about #2. It's really windy out and he/she is sitting right on the edge!

There were 4 tornados in the area, one touched down, in the early morning hours. None were close to the nest.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen any eagle with the beak this bloody. Mom will need a good beak wash. Even the chicks are getting very messy

I was worried about them in the weather yesterday. They had a nasty thunderstorm. Glad no tornado!!

Mom had the chicks under wraps but boy was the wind blowing hard. She was soaked.

Dad's in the charge, and two of the youngsters have moved perilously close to what looks like the edge of the nest on this windy afternoon. Not to worry -- they soon move back to Dad. *whew*

I was amazed at how dependent I am on PBucket. I registered at Image Shack. It's convoluted the way it saves to albums but I'm sure it just takes getting used to.

Your screen caps are great PattiO, especially the 5th one , where she's looking back. The one before Dad's Cleaning House.

They were havin a nasty day today....wind, rain. And it's suppose to be cold tonight with more rain/snow. :( Poor babies.
Mom and Dad were giving a good but quick feeding in between the raindrops.
