Last night the pressure dropped enormously and at the same time temperatures rose. The wind speed climbed to over 100 KmpH.

I never was able to catch the moon like this before. Very special images, I check these cams almost every day. Would be great to see it first hand, I just don't like the temperatures . . .

I haven't checked this section of the forum lately. Was delighted to see the great pictures posted by Ferenz and DEF. Several years ago I was lucky enough to go on a trip to Antarctica. It was in January, their summer. We were at several different places on the peninsula. We saw Gentoo, Chinstrap, and Adelie Penguins while we were there. Trip of a lifetime. The scenery is breathtaking.
