There are 2 eggs the cam was up fpr a few minutes today but back down again here is some of the comments on the FB page

Jordan Lake EagleCam
January 9.
Finally made some progress yesterday, AT&T finished getting the installation complete, unfortunately in doing so it knocked our cam equipment out of whack. The spyonabird people will be down on the 14th or 15th to fix the problem, and we should be up and streaming at that point, hopefully right in time for new chicks
.

The kinks are finally all worked out and we should be live streaming in the next 5 minutes

Well, another day, another problem with the eaglecam. We got onlne for about 5 mintues today and then lost connection. We finally realized that the battery had died due to an extended stretch of overcast and cloudy weather. At least we know our new system works, we just need some sunshine.

SO THERE YOU GO THAT IS ABOUT IT :sum5:

Additional information:

In lieu of sunshine, a replacement battery is promised for tomorrow. Observers estimate incubation began around December 6th, so hatch should be imminent. There are two precious eggs.

Fingers crossed that this really happens...

Yes the rails are very high I'll bet you could lose Mom & Dad if you were looking from a side view :teehee:

This is why I need to stop watching eagle cams...I'm too much of a worry wart..

No food on the nest, mom has been on duty all day, current chatters have not seen dad...I'm sure everything is fine...just stresses me out...

IR has turned on..still no food or dad..and what the heck? (ignore my audio goof at the beginning)

Gunshots? Target practice? This is the 3rd time in the past 10 min. I am apparently more upset than mom..
