That was a good mantle. Cam was working this morning but that stupid Apple/Quicktime box was blocking the cam. Francis (?) headed out to fix it and I guess it was working this afternoon but has since shut off.

Thanks for the video link, PattiO...quite the task, rolling it up and out of the nest bowl...

and KF, nothing would surprise me...that's what Sutton did...moved the stray egg back into the bowl..poor dears, of course, neither were viable at that point..

I love these little guys.

I started out monitoring eagles for David Hancock on Vancouver island and then got swamped by peregrines but I really love these guys.
