you could hear Clyde hooting to her , probably warned her and that is why she was able to defend.

I read the other day (can't remember where) that a GHO defending a nest with eggs/young is the most aggressive bird of prey out there (I think the peregrine falcon would argue that point)

did not get it on tape , was typing but she just got fed by Clyde and a few moment s later she just crashed out of nest at back. Man, this is not good

Been watching for a while...and just finished fluffing the nest and turning the eggs...They look so perfect, darn it!!! I wonder when they will decide they have invested enough time in them...

well, if they are infertile (as its looking more and more like)...then I want them to start falling apart...it would give the parents the signal to move on...But, eagle eggs are tough...so, its gonna take a lot for them to collapse... :girlsad3:
