Lucy is just defying everything that was said was going to happen to her she is a perfect example of a true 100% Bald Eagle
I know the words sound crazy but its the only words that come to mind when I read about her or see the great pictures and video's

Yep, that's Larry. Notice the nice clean, flat, squarish tail fan? Almost like a beaver tail. Another calm day on the nest.

Lucy came in on a sneak attack. Here good foot was clumped with mud/dirt. I was positioning the cam based on probability and I lost. That's why I don't gamble too. The melting conditions will make her a dirty bird before long.

I think it and say it all the time but these 2 are the perect example of wildlife in love they are the most devoted couple I have ever seen

Thanks for the video, talon...love Larry flying off..and that is one very muddy foot...so glad to see that you guys are finally thawing out...hope it continues..

I agree with kittenface...this couple rewrites the book on bird of prey couples. Such devotion!!!
