Here is a bit of info on one of the 2010 offspring.
CURTIS (b/r 57/D) 2010 UW-Milwaukee EMS Milwaukee, WI
mate
RAHN (b/g 01/A) 2001 WPL Edgewater Generating Station Sheboygan, WI
(found dead 24-May)
Rahn laid 5 eggs this season after a bad season last yr. Rahn's body was found 3 miles away she died right after hatching. Curtis took over, all 5 hatched but 1 didn't make it.
Here is the banding report from the Chicago blog

Curtis, the lone adult male, valiantly defended the ledge when Mary went out to get the chicks. This was good to see. One of the first things we noticed is that all four chicks had very full crops. This meant that they were being fed. They also made a lot of good, healthy noise and were squirmy. All good signs.
The guys in the building named the four chicks after their kids, so we have Jude and Liam, our two males and Blayke and Parker, our two females.

The next hurdle is fledging. I wish these four well. Curtis is a three-year old strapping male, so I’m hoping he finds a mate next year. He currently holds the oldest and one of the best territories, so I don’t think he’ll have a hard time attracting a mate.

:teehee: I just went back to find a picture of Curtis and I found a few, seems he was the feisty one at the nest, first to do most everything.

I saw somebody perched here today & I wondered if it was Froona. Couldn't see bands, though...

Wonder if its time for her to go "south" for the Winter!

That band looks like it ia B/R and this looks like a pretty young falcon, Froona is B/G but her band is on her right leg so this isn't her and for sure not Hoffman he is B/G also.
Hmmm makes you wonder who it is now.
