Dad is back on the eggs and messing with the pine sprigs...Mom didn't arrive back at the nest yesterday until around 5 pm EST

Mom's back..she's walking better but I can still tell her left leg/foot is tender..she's being very careful. Processing vid now..btw, I'm not getting very good cam streaming...hmmmm

yes, sh e looks better. I had video also but yours is great :2snowflake:

I have noticed SGB that the live streaming cots put occasionally so that may be th problem

No hatch yet...and I'm not really seeing the mystery pips I was seeing before..

A little excitement at the nest. Dad on high alert. I don't know if this was a hawk, Owlzilla, mourning dove...just something large and brown..but, it buzzed the nest. Dad didn't alarm call, but he was ready to spring into action!!

thanks Sgb. Mom , just before midnihgt last night was watching as if something flew by. Let us hope thye get left alone. If you notice lots of straw. they can easily cover eggs if need be

2nd bald eagle nest found on Berry College campus :hapdance:

The nest is on Berry College Wildlife Management Area property — approximately seven miles from the nest behind The Cage Center on the Berry campus.

a bit of snow . these eagles knew and have lots of straw. A bit of an intruder attempt a bit ago. I have a small video , you will have to watch carefully . I will try and isolate the picture also.

this picture shows skiff of snow and wing outstretched , as a result of small intrusion attempt, or just small bird out to right of far tree branch . never the less, mom was ready.
