A lot of these dads really help out! Lil' dad in Harrisburg is hilarious the way he is so possessive of the eggs. And Spark is doing a great job too.

I should have been clearer.
Mason is my grandson, he was the only one that was able to read the band numbers when Talon (male)
showed up.
But YES your very right this is handsome Talon he is such a good dad he does not like to give up egg sitting to Deborah. There have been many times I thought these 2 were going to get into small fights trying to get on the eggs. :teehee:
I'm really glad to see you on this topic it is always so nice to have others here to share with and to help watch them.

I went and found this from last year. This is the way I told them apart when they were laying down.
Hope it helps.
The only way I can really tell between them when they are laying down is Deb has more of a speckled breast, Talon is more solid bib
Also Talons white across the beak is wider than Deborah's

Great I love having company here, I have loved this site since i found it. When Hondo got hurt I thought I'd never stop crying til I fond out he is alive and an educational falcon now. He was one of those you could help but to love. Well got to get ready for work .

I've been looking in on this nest everyday!!!! It's so peaceful at this nest I've noticed maybe because we can only see inside the nest and no outside activity.
