Here it is..I haven't watched it yet..



Just spent the past 10 minutes trying to follow the posts on FB...so darn hard..BUT, from what I could gather, B3 was attacked by a RTH, which drove her to the ground. apparently she's fine..I don't know when this happened today, but nest cam came back and there are pics/vid of her there between 6 and 7 pm...

No official statement by Berry regarding the RTH. I guess it was confirmed by observers on the ground..

:egg15: I REALLY HATE TO SEE THIS. HOPE B3 DOES FINE. GUESS HER PARENTS WERE NOT AROUND OR THEY WOULD HAVE DROVE OFF THE HAWK. HOPE SHE STICKS AROUND FOR AWHILE AND GETS ALL HER TRAINING BEFORE SHE TAKES OFF ON HER OWN!

she looked good in nest but stayed longer than usual . and she flew off just fine.

I saw that posted earlier in day so obviously she is O.K. Probably just scared a bit.

thanks you SGb. Well brought tears to my eyes.

I thought the report of her being grounded was a hoax( it was quite early in day) as I could not find it again, but she is fine.

I did not see her fly in but you can see the time stamp on my picture. I saw her fly out and she looked fine

the parents will take care of that hawk if they see it again. no doubt in my mind

I thought a hoax as well, Bev....but, apparently Melanie (the really good photographer) confirmed it..

I haven't checked FB this morning so don't know if its still a topic of conversation. If it indeed happened, It was probably a great life lesson for B3. I bet she'll have the upper hand from now on. We know what a bald eagle can do to a RTH if they want to.

B3 is back at nest and blue jay is relentless. I love bluejays but I do wish it would leave her in peace
