Looks like she's going to lay her eggs close to the edge. I think she did that last year too. Kitten would remember.

Patti, I'm still afraid to visit PB, so I haven't looked at your SS. Hope they get their site cleaned up soon!

I thought the same thing!! I had checked this morning on my way out the door and there wasn't a speck of snow ... nor an eagle. Now she's laying there in the snow!!

Just tuned in to see Belle on the nest, then Liberty flew in, took over for her on the nest and looked liked he was rolling an egg, then Belle took over again. I thought for sure there was an egg . . . but finally she got up -- still no egg.

JudyB on Maine made a comment that if the eagles know it's almost egg time they may purposely try to keep their bowl dry ... which makes sense! :)
