Bird Cams Around the World

She'd better not be thinking about laying an egg. It is already starting to snow there.

These 2 are in my thoughts. I have been watching them rebuild that nest and now snow. I hope it is not as bad as predicted.

If there is a 3rd egg today would be the day.

at 13:47 nest time no one is home but hey have been in a lot today and eating and fixing nest bowl. Unfortunately it is getting covered now but snow does not look too heavy yet. sounds more wet.

So while I was watching I believe we witnessed the 3rd egg .
was not sure when I did slide show but others have said yes
In my first picture on slide she was making soft noises and then arched her breast up. When she turned her back to us is when I think she laid the egg and where I said roll is when th eegg was seen.

so say a few prayers for her. she was all done in and then turned around and pulled egg under chest.
Now because I am optimistic about most things I think this may be all right If they can get more nest maerial tomorrow things will be fine

She shook herself off after I told her to and

I think this is her 3rd egg of first clutch. adn I am just praying for her. but i need to take a break now. eyes are very sore

This is soooooooooooooo not what I wanted to come home to tonight!!!

She just got up and had another shake. I don't think the bowl is actually big enough...she tried to roll it and it kept falling back down into the same spot.

Radar ... red dot is Shepherdstown ... they will hopefully get a break for a little while.

I really admire her

Latest egg roll ... she's trying to keep it out of the snow.

She is doing great and still nest material there.

Had to turn cam off to post from PB. so now I am turning it back on

That darn Norfolk chat is a mess! Sheesh. She was up again since my last pics ... looks like she'll need another shake soon. This is gonna tire her out.
