That is why I can hardly wait for morning. At least she ate a lot today and I think th esnow is not too heavy,like on saturday

No, doesn't seem as heavy, but the nest sure looks like it got covered/filled up again pretty quick.

She is doing a good job of keeping the snow away form egg. She seems to dig it out each time and then really shuggles in.

This is not a site that I have watched very often. I check it out but every once in awhile something touches your heart.
this year Belle and Liberty have tugged at my heart .

It is time for me to turn in but I kept vigil with belle as long as i could an dI do believe they will weather this.

she has just been incredible tonight and I know they will bring in more nest material and things will be O.K.

Its really hard to even see she's there. Fortunately, the snow is slowing down there.

I think the parents here have just given up. Egg uncovered for 25 minutes, then a parent returns causing snow to fall into the bowl, then parent leaves.

Belle had to get up for a bit and stretch out. There was no snow and I still believe egg is O.K. Not a problem for egg to be left alone at this stage as incubation is just starting.

Dad needs to bring in nest material though

I am out for most of day but I am praying here

Some very strong gusts of wind now. I hope she stays hunkered down there....although I think she needs a break. Lib needs to take a turn!!!

Wow is it windy! I have the sound up, and its been really loud. She got up 2 minutes ago. Not back yet. Liberty doesn't seem to know what to do when he's there, so I think its better for Belle to stay on the egg in these conditions.

I am assuming this is Liberty. He's been standing next to the bowl for about 15 minutes. Tried to figure out a way to lay down after rolling the egg, and couldn't. He just left now.
