Thanks Warbler. Not sure who this one was but they sat there and made all kinds of little endearing sounds and I thought to myself, surely I didn't just have the sound turned off last year. Very nice addition.

They were so excited and moved so quickly, that I only managed to get one shot.

Watched someone for a little while today. They were in there doing a little scraping.

We have a new nest that will be going on line in the next few days. It's in the Roma area and there's already a pair of peregrines who seem to be very interested in making it their home. As yet the birds haven't been named but I'll let you know what the names are when it's been decided.
Thanks very much to the team who've brought us this new opportunity :girlluv: :openrose:

Thanks for that great news, Warbler...looks like I need to start separating out all the nests so they can have their own topic!!! Italy is going to be busy this year!!!

Everyone is commenting on the sounds and how they call to each other. It'll be great when the chicks arrive and we can hear how Aria encourages them to eat. :hearts:

Here's a courtship sequence :flowers caught by Mariabi on the Italian forum - thanks very much Maria ;)

Once again, Aria seems perplexed when Vento suddenly disappears (it's already happened several times)
