I agree, bev - E8 is doing plenty of bobble bops! During a recent feeding (this morning?), E8 seemed to be more interested in getting a good angle for a poke rather than eating! Adorable! :teehee:

This is a rather long video (19+ mins.); it's a great example of the interaction between the family. It made me wonder whether M15 could be one of Harriet and Ozzie's offspring.

This was approx. 1 hour after Loza's video (above), at the end of a feeding. Seems like the chicks are being fed every hour... E7 bopped E8 and pulled his little head HARD-looked like the little cutie (E8) had the wind knocked out of him. E7 is definitely telling E8 who's boss...

Currently On The Nest:

M15 took over 10:40am.

Feedings 7:05am, 8am, 9:45am, 11:10am.

12.55 pm Lunch has ... M15. He can not feed.

After lunch yesterday, I showed a couple of the ladies the video of M15 when he sees E8 for the first time and how precious the encounter was. Then I showed the video of M15 trying to get on his babies in the middle of the night that did not go over so well with Harriet. They always say "kids say the darnest things" ... well, so do the elderly they are just not as innocent as the kids ... so they can spice it up a notch or too ... they thoroughly enjoyed the spat and had me laughing so hard ... I nearly passed out and had to lay my head on the desk and beg them to stop ... I've never had that happen before. :teehee:

I always laugh hard and loud and cry when I laugh, but I've never nearly passed out! These sites always bring joy to members and guests, but also to those who are looking over your shoulder! :loveheart:

Thanks, Loza! Chat indicated that the chicks had not been fed - even though the banner at the top shows several feedings today (as shown in your post!). (Will watch video when it's complete! Love your videos! :snowflake2:

So many nests to watch; hard to keep them straight!)

Approx 4:00pm E7 went exploring and E8 tried to grab his little tail - (Harriet was in the OCT - and returned to the attic, then the nest after a few minutes); meanwhile, E7 was moving right along! When Harriet returned, she gently started moving nest material around E7 - encouraging him to Get Back In That Nest Bowl!

They are well fed bonbon. I do not report here often but have been watching

there is a nice fish there now but very windy. Harriet just lay down and pulled the moss around
