great day. they ate on nest. did nto see fish come in but it was there obviously

all was a great today. good exchanges . eating in nest and on osprey platform. they have made this a second home

I had recorder on, so could to make little tapes

the heron was back this morning..

According to Lisa (from the blog) the eagle/eagles we see on the osprey cam are not necessarily "our" resident eagles...

the pattern of the last few days, have indicated to me they were ours. but there is no way of knowing without bands. going through my tapes, arrival and then exchanges were in sinc, but who knows. the 2 are a quarter of mile apart. not far

but earlier I saw today , I do not think was ours and if so, was in a battle or wet

but I do think there is a problem today.

everything appeared well but this afternoon it changed

a lot of off and on yesterday also abut eggs never alone for long, but now eagle left at 17:19 and at18:05 still not returned

this was eagle on box

then this jsut before adult left

going through all my tapes now

very concerned now as at 18:19 eggs still alone and it is dark out

just did another little video to show action just before adult left
I edited as it would have been long so look at times . only times egg s alone is when you see them alone

Um...I sure hope there's a parent hidden in there...but, I don't think so!!!..

I just opened the cam up - doesn't look like anyone is on the nest.
BW has been strange from the git-go...

Still no one on the nest. I was hoping the cam was stuck, even though the time stamp was updating...but no...its refreshing, just no adult..Even if one adult was missing, where is the other one?

I have been following this closely as I am helping out till LOnette gets back so I recorded everything since last Friday adn everything has been going smoothly. There were 2 last night at tuck in. I did not get cam up till 11:00 their time today but all looked well till later this afternoon, . you could tell in videos I posted.

But like you SGB. if one is missing, where did other one go. It is too soon to desert a nest

I am hoping something is up with cam, even though time is going etc.

I will post some pciutres later when I get Peter settled in again.

Thanks Bev...its definitely a mystery...

9 pm and still no parent...I've been recording. It looks like the light fluctuates which leads me to believe the cam is actually refreshing...but, maybe its not..

I'm gonna go check their FB page.
