Chat saying this is Blair on nest and IM is on den branch.
Fingers crossed! Would love to see chicks here this year, too!

Taylor came back and was in nest for a few minutes with Blair and then attack. some say you can hear eagles in distress on ground like last time but if you watch Taylor goes off to left and has no contact iwth IM. Im jumps on Blair and goes off backwards.

and we can get on with eggs. It ws so nice to see Taylor make the egg cup.

eagles 4 kids have a video of both of the eagles talons. Blair has battered talons also.

Time To Educate
This post is not one we want to make, it is one we need to make. Most people know what Blair and Taylor have been through in the last week. Now that Taylor is back, Eagles4kids asks for your help. Please stay away from the nest, and stay in your vehicle when eagles are in the tree. The view from the cam is best or stay way back and use binoculars. Let the eagles get back to where they were before all the territorial disputes. We are not saying that this will ensure eggs will happen this season. It gives them a shot at it though. Nothing in nature is a sure thing.

Just today, the eagles have been forced to leave the tree twice because of people being right below. Actions like this "could" cause any pair to abandon a nest. We know that is not what anyone wants. People simply enjoy viewing eagles. We could post pictures of people this morning. We will not. This post is to educate, not make someone feel bad.


I wish they WOULD post pictures of the people!

"things have been good, mating, nestorating and hanging out together."

they are both on Den now but watchful. TAylor was nestorating
