Ma showed up @ 6:19 this morning with Pa flying in on her coattails. No bickering as there wasn't time. She left after 2 minutes and he followed her a minute later! :teehee:

Ma is spending the night on the nest tree tonight!! I don't know if she just decided to or if it was because it is dark already. She flew in @ 7:30 cam time which is really 8:30 EDT. The sun had set @ 8:00 and dusk was 8:24. She stood around in the nest till 7:37, when she went to the front, branch on the left. I thought she had flown @ 1 point, but the branch continued to bounce slightly after she was out of view.
At 7:43, she has turned around and is now facing the nest. Going back on the DVR, I found Pa arriving @ 7:08 and he stood looking around only tonight. He left @ 7:14. At 8:57 nest cam time, I heard Ma call out with Pa responding in the distance while I was typing this. Love them!! :flirty:

She's standing in the nest now and has spent the whole night! She is calling for Pa @ intervals since 5:58. At 6:12, Pa arrives to the nest. Ma hops to the branch and leaves @ 6:20 and Pa follows in the same manner. Have a great day you two!! :15heartbeat:

Pa was in for quite awhile this eve, but I did not see Ma. He came in with something to eat and when finished he stood a bit, walked around and finally was lying on the bole for a time, before he left for the night.

I am not able to get in on cam this morning. Both have been here and Pa brought fluff per chat.

I was unable to catch them on the DVR this evening, but I believe one of them did a flyby per chat during this time.

Pa in @ 6:13 with a stick that he places to the rail. He placed another stick and then stood looking around for Ma maybe, who never showed up. He left after almost 7 minutes.

Ma's spending the night with us again!! Pa came in a little after 7, but only stayed about 3 minutes before flying and going under the canopy and up to a sleeping tree in the back. Then a few minutes later, Ma shows up. Then Pa comes back. He did a little of everything in the nest including lying on the bole before he hopped up to a branch and out of sight on a branch on the right. He could still be up there somewhere as I never heard his wings for take-off, but I'm not sure. Ma stayed and in a few minutes, she went to a branch on the right, but came back down. She's tucked now!! :15heartbeat:

Ma did go to the nest in the middle of the night. I am suspicious that Pa spent the night in the tree also as @ 5:24 you start seeing his wings on the branch to the left and he drops to the nest with her. He only stayed about 5 minutes before leaving and she remains on the nest now.

Pa flew in from the back woods to the nest right @ dark tonight. He only stayed about a minute before hopping up to one of the limbs on the right and out of sight. I don't know if he flew or stayed. I did not see Ma tonight and am wondering if she is on a limb up on the right too. Will try to watch in the early morning hours to see if she is in the nest.

Pa's ticked, but not @ Ma ... Rocky!! Went in to see if Ma may have been on a branch out of sight and had come into view of cam. Saw on chat, Rocky didn't know Pa was on a branch tonight. Toward the end of the 9:09 minute, you can start seeing Rocky's eyes peer over the nest from the left. Then within seconds, Rocky runs across the nest and jumps way up in the air and then gets the heck out of there as Pa acting like a "young buck" jumps onto the nest to nail Rocky. But, Rocky escapes. Pa after a few short seconds knowing Rocky got away ... bites/stabs the floor where Rocky had been in what looks like anger/frustration to me. Later, he does it again, but he's spent some of that initial anger on the first stab!! It's not aeration folks!! He hangs around a few minutes and returns to the branch @ about 9:25. His exit did not have the assist of adrenalin that his entrance did ... Poor Pa ... :flirty:

Pa did spend the night and @ 6:01, he eased down from his limb onto the nest and left for the day about 5 minutes later.

They did not show up @ the nest or tree tonight that I can tell. Did see on chat that they have been in quite a bit today with Ma spending a considerable amount of time on the nest. She had 2 meals here. One was a squirrel they said she carried in with her left talon and the other was a fish Pa brought in for her. :15heartbeat:

Pa in @ 6:05 with a stick that he places and then works on clearing the floor. He flew to the back woods @ 6:11 and returned from that direction @ about 6:20 with another stick that he places and clears the floor some more before leaving a couple minutes later. Haven't seen Ma yet.

Okay bev! Are you aware they have spent some nights on the nest tree and Ma the nest? Unable to report on their activities or where they are sleeping tonight. Tried to go back on the DVR and they reset. So, it's raining some in Georgia!! :egg8:

Have been watching for Ma and Pa this morning, but they have not shown up. Found out through chat, they did not show up last evening. Hoping they will stop in later. I am not ready for them to start wandering off for days at a time. Know they have been working on their nests as eagles do @ the end of their season though.

Ma did not come in this evening, but she was here for a couple hours this afternoon per chat. Pa came in @ 7:10 and did some floor work before standing around some. He left after about 5-6 minutes and headed for a tree in the back.
