:loveheart: She's messing with another piece of shell, so don't know if there has been a 3rd hatch or if that is an intact egg that has rolled out from under her and is against the wall near where I had originally seen the piece from the 2nd shell. The possible intact egg or the piece from the 2nd hatch is not seen in Beth's capture above.

:flirty: Heard Dad, she got up and went up to the lip, but she went back and he never came into view. But did see the 4th egg is under her and 3 chicks. Wonder if he had food and she just didn't want to step out to get it, but if he did, why didn't he just go ahead and bring it into the nest? Keep expecting food to arrive.

The screams are so loud, I thought I would see both adults, but don't when I came back into the room. I am trying to fix breakfast. I have never heard a new hatch this loud before. I hope everything is okay and somebody just wants to eat as in NOW!

:loveheart: Mom has been back for quite awhile. I noticed when I made one of the above posts it was no longer Dad, but did not see her when she actually came back and he left, then forgot to post she was back on duty. Just heard him offscreen and Mom got up and went to the lip and stood, but she went no further and he did not come in. Then she resettled over the chicks and egg with her back to us and is pebble-picking. The chicks remain vocal.
