We have a chick outside of the nest! Hope it can get back up there this eve.

Now there are a total of 3 chicks outside the nest box. Chick 4 remains inside the nest and I hope it stays there. If they feed in the near future it will most likely be outside the nest for the 3 and I hope that doesn't draw Chick 4 to come out as I'm not sure it will be able to get back in for now. We'll see if the others are able.

Glad both sides of the nest box were blocked, so they can't slip back behind there any more.

Oh no, I said up above I hoped the little one wouldn't go. Wonder if a feed drew him out or if he just went for it.

He ain't lonesome now! Feed in progress! Hope it doesn't rain tonight here. When feed over, Chick 4 tried to get back up in the nest using its wing and couldn't do it...

One chick made it back in at about 8:30.

A second one is back in and it happens to be chick 4. Wish I had seen that, don't know what time it got back in the nest, but the time is now 8:55 pm.

A 3rd one in at 8:56.

The last one remaining out of the nest just laid down and looks to be going to sleep. The other 3 in the nest are already asleep. Just saw catwoman's capture, so guess he's already been there, done that.

The chick out of the nest is standing now, guess it will stay out there all night.

They have pulled the cam back to be able to see what the chicks are up to when out of the nest. Right now there are 2 in and 2 out, but everyone is asleep.
