Let's hope 2023 is a happier one for Woodmen this year. They lost long time female resident, Chayton, to avian flu. Eggs were rescued and carefully nurtured and incubated...resulting in 1 miracle hatch.

Nesting pairs and cam links to be posted when the season starts.

:biggrin: Two peregrines were bonding at Woodmen this morning, he was in the nest, she was up on the edge of the nestbox. Poor guy, he was trying So hard, he held his bow over 5 minutes while she would chup a little and then start preening….Finally she started chupping more, and at the end they were beaking each other

but about midnight she went INSIDE BOX all night.
